Delivery times



Once your order and payment have been completed, we aim to ship it within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product information, the order placed outside the Netherlands, or during peak postal periods.

Please note: We have no control over any delays experienced by delivery services, which may result in longer delivery times. Recently, we've noticed that delivery services are experiencing more frequent delays, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Returns or exchanges

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the webshop with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

In the Netherlands and Belgium, you receive free shipping on orders over €100. If the purchase price after returning your order falls below this amount, you will lose your right to free shipping, and the purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded when we receive your return.

Since we are a small business, we do not cover return shipping costs.

The return shipping costs will be displayed when you submit your return and will be deducted from the refund amount. These costs may vary depending on your country.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 working days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for correctly entering their address information when placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address (for example, a missing house number), the following conditions apply:

  1. Return costs and processing: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to our warehouse, the return costs and any processing fees will be borne by the customer.

  1. Resending: If the customer still wants to receive the order, they must pay the shipping costs for the new shipment. We will only resend the package after the additional shipping costs have been paid.

  2. Order cancellation: If the customer does not wish to have the order reshipped, it can be canceled. In that case, the return shipping costs and any applicable processing fees will be deducted from the refund. Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable, as stated in our returns policy.
