What is the delivery time?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium, unless otherwise stated for a product.

Please note: We have no control over any delays experienced by delivery services, which may result in longer delivery times. Recently, we've noticed that delivery services are experiencing more frequent delays, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Have you not received your order for longer than expected?

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €100 within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under this amount, the cost is €6.95 (NL) and €7.95 (BE).

Can I return an item?

How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the item is in stock. The expected delivery time is listed with the product. If you order a pre-order item in combination with other items in stock, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item is in stock.

What makes your blankets unique and how do I deal with imperfections?
Our blankets are lovingly crafted by local artisans in Jaipur, India. They use an age-old textile printing technique called hand block printing. The most beautiful designs are applied to fabric using hand-engraved wooden blocks. After printing, each blanket is carefully hand-stitched.

Because our blankets are entirely handmade, there may be small imperfections, such as subtle variations in color, print, or stitching finish. These details emphasize the unique and artisanal character of each blanket. If a stitching comes loose, you can easily repair it by tying a small knot.

We believe it's important to preserve the authenticity and charm of this handicraft and hope you enjoy these unique blankets as much as we do.
